Shipping policy

Oh Baby Salon and Spa ships retail products throughout the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process the next business day.

Shipping Times and Costs

Standard shipping is a $6 flat rate and arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping is a $14 flat rate and arrives in 1 to 2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50. Estimated times do not include processing time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace your order if applicable.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our salon during business hours. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.
