Cancellation Policy
We know you are busy, so we will continue to make confirmation calls/emails/texts to remind you of your appointments. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance so that we may give your reservation time to another guest who may want the time. Our policy to book any services requires a credit card in your profile to reserve any of these appointments. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service to the credit card on file. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Please note after one no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled time. If a late cancellation or no-show occurs again, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.. Thank you for your understanding.
